Ivy Waegel is a multimedia artist, specializing in upcycling fabric, garments, and accessories via hand-sewing and hand-printing, as well as in 2-d visual design manifesting mainly in posters, tattoos, and decorative collage. They make functional art for navigating, adapting to, and thriving in changing social and physical environments.
They currently live in Chicago, working in production design and theater; they are planning to run away with the circus and make interactive art pieces for traveling performances.
